Elizabeth earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and Health Science with a minor in Sport Administration from Guilford College. She is passionate about using exercise to promote mobility, increase strength, and improve motor control in order to achieve long-term positive outcomes. She plans on pursuing an orthopedic residency and obtaining her OCS. 

Lizzy grew up in Seaside, OR and loves any outdoor activity, especially if there’s competition involved.
